Madi update

Madi is beginning to play in a "make-believe" way, cooking, feeding her bear or toy dolls, cleaning things, etc.

Madilyn also is aware that things exist even when she doesn't see them or hasn't seen them for a while. For example, she calls for mommy and daddy at daycare knowing we exist even when we are not there. In the past months it was more "out of site out of mind". She is more aware of herself as separate from us and other people and is beginning to become more and more independent, yet dependent on us simultaneously. She is dependent on us for the things she cannot do and to love her, cuddle, her, she checks in with us when she is playing to make sure we don't leave her. Yet she is very independent and loves to do things by herself.
